Future Travel Experience 2011

For the first time, AviaVox will participate in the Future Travel Experience event, this year held in Vancouver from the 7th until the 9th of September. We will present the entire range of the integrated AviaVox systems. Recently, new languages are added to the range, like: Chinese (Mandarin), Japanese, Korean, North American English and Greek. These can also be heard in the various systems.

I.e. the AviaVox Information System (AVIS), with which passengers can retrieve information about the actual status of flights and about important information at an airport by telephone, has been put in operation at several airports. This new device is a combination of an interactive voice response system (IVR) and a system that dynamically generates automatic announcements of actual flight information in multiple languages.

AviaVox has filled the gap in the process of informing passengers by automating the last part of the IVR system that is handled by an operator. AviaVox uses the application software from its existing intelligent announcement system and state-of-the-art synthetic speech technology that actually makes a computer speak.

Come and have a look at Future Travel Experience 2011 in Vancouver.
